This is the vision behind Lipton Sensations Pink Ice Tea, the new premium range developed by Pepsi Lipton to elevate the iced tea experience through a unique combination of flavour, aesthetics and sensory appeal, bringing a fresh perspective to the category.
Launched in Germany, Lipton Sensations Pink Ice Tea was created with the aim of elevating the very concept of iced tea. It stands out for its combination of aromatic Oolong tea, hibiscus and layered fruity notes, creating a sophisticated and surprising flavour. The product’s distinctive natural pink colour, derived exclusively from natural ingredients, helps make it instantly recognisable.
To support this vision, Pepsi Lipton chose Gentlebrand / Competek as its partner for the development of the packaging design and prototyping of the new 1-litre PET bottle. The challenge was to translate the brand’s values – premium, contemporary, sensory and inspired by the imagery of the Riviera – into a tangible form
The Gentlebrand / Competek team has designed a container that showcases the product’s distinctive features and enhances its visual impact on the shelf. The bottle was conceived as a central element of the experience, highlighting the liquid’s vibrant pink hue and immediately conveying its premium positioning.
Alongside the design work, Gentlebrand / Competek oversaw the entire prototyping process, transforming the concept into a concrete, market-ready solution.
The result is packaging that perfectly captures the essence of Lipton Sensations, inspired by the relaxed elegance of the Riviera. A design that embodies a new ritual of consumption, where taste, colour, form and perception blend into a memorable experience.
